Scheduled Trigger Flow

What is scheduled trigger flow? So, in simple words if you want to schedule some task to be done at a particular time or day you can do it with Scheduled Trigger Flow.

Use Case :

Our Client wants to wish their contacts happy new year and merry Christmas but of course he does not want to use his laptop on holidays. So, he wants to schedule the wishes in advance.

 

For this use case let's create a flow and follow the steps.

Step 1 : Select Scheduled Trigger Flow like below -

Step 2 : Select Schedule date and time and then object for the flow.

Here, on object we will add a condition where email is not null because if the contact does not have email where will the wishes mail go, right?

Step 3 : Add action element to send emails.
