How to Send Email Using Lightning Flow?

In this blog I will tell you how you can send email to users using flow. Sending email is very easy through flow and for this we are using our previous example of screen flow.

Scenario of Previous Example :

Create a feedback form to ask feedback from user and after they submit their response show them a thank you message.

Scenario of this Example :

Create a feedback form to ask feedback from user and after they submit their response send the user a Thank you Email and show them a Thank you screen.

Here is how the previous example looks :

For sending an email we will drag the "ACTION ELEMENT" from toolbox and add it to the canvas. After that we will select Email and in Action we will select Send Email Action.

After selecting send email action you will need to just fill some required fields like :

1. Label
2. Api Name
3. Body
4. Subject
5. Email Addresses/ Email Address

And you are good to go. Your email example is ready.
